Always call 911 first. In any emergency, call 911 immediately.

If for any reason you need to call the C.W.T. Fire Department at (709) 678-7777, you will hear a recorded message. Please do not hang up. Your call information is automatically forwarded to our pages and emergency response system.

After the recording, please clearly leave: Your Name, Your Phone Number, The Address of the Emergency, Whether you require fire or medical assistance.

Providing the correct address is extremely important. As our department continues to welcome new volunteer members, not all responders may be familiar with every residence or property location within the community.
Clear and accurate information helps us respond more quickly and efficiently.
